Silbert and Wooten Examine “Why Work Isn’t Working for Women?”

Members Andrea Silbert and Lynn Perry Wooten recently penned an article for the Boston Business Journal examining why work isn’t working for women. The article considers the “she-cession,” why women are leaving the workplace at four times the rate of men during the pandemic, and the support systems needed for women to advance and succeed in the workplace. Andrea Cohen Receives 2021 Home Care Champion Award

Andrea Cohen, member and Founder and Vice-Chair of HouseWorks, one of the nation’s largest independent private home care companies, will receive the 2021 Home Care Champion award by the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. The award honors those who have advanced the image or cause of home care in Massachusetts and have demonstrated industry leadership through innovation and vision.
